Theo, without generative AI, requires a Solo or Practice subscription; the trial does not include it.

No. Signing up takes your name, an email address and a password. A card is only requested if you choose Solo or Practice, at checkout, on Stripe’s secure page.
Can I change plans along the way?
Yes, from the app (Settings › Subscription). Moving from Free to Solo or Practice takes effect once confirmed. Between Solo and Practice, the amount is prorated.
How do I cancel? Is there a commitment?
There is no commitment. You cancel from your workspace, at any time and at no cost. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep your plan until then, then your practice returns to the Free plan, with no data loss.
Does the yearly plan commit me for a year?
It is paid upfront for 12 months, at the price of 10, and renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time at no cost: cancellation takes effect at the end of the 12-month period. To be able to stop from one month to the next, choose monthly billing.

Yes, displayed prices include 20% French VAT. Every payment, monthly or yearly, comes with an invoice available in your workspace.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment over a few days and you are notified by email; your access is kept during that time. If the payment still does not go through, your practice returns to the Free plan. No data is deleted.
How does the 14-day trial work?
The trial starts with your first manually created consultation or when you activate it in your space. It opens Solo features excluding Theo, with no credit card and the same limit of 10 new consultations a month. A historical import does not start it. After 14 days, choose a subscription or continue with Free. Theo, without generative AI, requires a Solo or Practice subscription; the trial does not include it.
Can I get my data back if I leave?
Yes, at any time and free of charge, whatever your plan: a ZIP archive with your patients, consultations, appointments, invoices and documents, in CSV and JSON. This export is never blocked.
Can I import my data from my previous software?
Yes, for the patient list: L’Ostéopathe imports it from a CSV or Excel file (a spreadsheet, a Doctolib export or an Osteo2ls export). Columns are matched, duplicates and every row are checked before confirmation, and an import can be undone as long as the new records have not been used. Consultations and invoices from the previous software are not imported: they stay in the previous tool.
