03Health-data hosting
Hosting health data on behalf of a practitioner requires a host certified for health-data hosting (HDS), with storage in the European Union or the European Economic Area (French Public Health Code, art. L1111-8).
The current hosting of L’Ostéopathe is not HDS-certified: as long as that is the case, do not enter any real patient data in L’Ostéopathe.
04Intellectual property
The text, illustrations, Theo mascot, interface and code of L’Ostéopathe are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without the publisher’s written permission is prohibited.
The data of the osteopath directory (in French) comes from the public RPPS extract published by the Agence du numérique en santé under the Licence Ouverte 2.0.
